Project goal :
Effective utilization and conservation of biodiversity (bamboo, medical plants, and endemic chickens).
Project objective :
1. The development of alternative income of community based organization through an integrated farming;
2. The development of alternative raw material to supply home industry;
3. To increase land fertility and productivity;
4. To decrease the dependency on external supplies (fertilizer and pesticides);
5. To decrease the emission of green house gases from agricultural practices (through the treatment of wastes and residue);
6. To preserve the fertility and productivity of the land.
Activities to be carried out under project :
1. Preparation.
a) Demoplot land preparation;
b) Provide cages for chickens culture;
c) Communication and introduction to target groups;
d) Distribution of project supplies package to target groups.
2. Local training and education in the field.
a) Demoplot establishment for integrated agriculture and farming;
b) Agriculture and farming cultivation techniques;
c) Composting techniques;
d) Post harvest handling techniques.
3. Outreach Approach.
a)Distribution and replication of succeeded project to a larger groups;
b)Revolving fund to cover all group members;
c)Dissemination of the project reports.
4. Technical Assistance.
a)Small scale administration;
b)Marketing;
c)Partnership development;
d)Publication and distribution of the products.
5. Evaluation and Reporting.

2. Community of Sukabumi district.
Anticipated result of project :
1.Effective utilization of the inorganic fertilizer and pesticides;
2.Marketing and partnership development between cooperative and home industry and related institutions;
3.Establishment of seedlings and saplings facilities;
4.Publication of products for marketing purposes;
5.Regular training and technical assistance improvement to be conducted.
