Reduction of dioxin emissions from burning tires
Due to the absence of any solutions related to the burning of tires in the Baalbek Hermel, the idea of this project is to provide a fixed central assembly point for damaged tires in the area of Kasernaba in Baalbek district, where the treatment of damaged tires to three stages: cut tires to two or three pieces according to the size and delivered them to the company to be recycled and converted into primary raw materials used in different industries. The project will provide income resulting from metal wires pulled out from the damaged tires and sold to the scrap shops, thus contributing to the sustainability of the project.
Coordination with Municipalities and Municipalities Union will be carried out to deliver damaged tires to the collection point, in addition to awareness meetings at a rate of one meeting within 3 months.
