1. To conduct baseline mangroves survey and audit, review of marine reserve survey and waste audit survey
2. To produce a co-management plan for the marine, mangrove and waste management concerns to be addressed
3. To implement all management plan activities of marine, mangroves and waste management activities through rehabilitation, removal of waste and M&E and supervision
4. To conduct awareness programme and outreach activities to improve the capacity of residents of Vailuutai to better manage its degraded marine coastal resources.
