Within the framework of the project, 4 pilot sites have been created:
? Rehabilitation center for persons over 18 years of age with mental disabilities, where 220 persons undergo long-term rehabilitation (Nur-Sultan city)
? Rehabilitation center for people in difficult life situations in Stepnogorsk city, where 160 persons undergo temporary rehabilitation (among them 80% are women)
? Municipal Public Institution "Center for the provision of special social services, Shantobe village, Akmola region" for persons over 18 years of age with mental disabilities with the coverage of 170 people
? Municipal Public Institution "Regional neuropsychiatric center for the provision of special social services" with the coverage of 953 people in Michurino village, Pavlodar region.

The following technologies have been implemented on the basis of these sites:
LED lighting, motion sensors, solar water collectors, greenhouses using EE technologies (polycarbonate, phytodiode lighting), AHS.

As part of the project, more than 1,500 persons (vulnerable groups of the population) receive comfortable living conditions, eco-education, improved health and sleep. Occupational therapy in the Centers has intensified due to the introduction of energy-efficient greenhouses, the dietary structure has improved due to the grown crop, the process of vitamin fortification of complex therapeutic nutrition according to SanPiN (Sanitary and epidemiological rules and norms), a variety of menu dishes, there is a decrease in the scale of anxiety, an increase in the level of self-service, and an increase in the level of self-esteem.
Social centers within the framework of the project received cuts in utility bills and in purchases of vegetables and herbs in the spring-summer-autumn period.
An analysis of the economic benefits of the project is currently underway
