- Organization of 2 training courses for young people (10 young people to identify and train including 5 men and 5 women) and for local actors on the 3 themes: climate issues, public policies, good governance - Training of CC facilitators on climate issues and CC impacts on the environment and humans - Establishment of a Technical Capacity Building and Advocacy Program

-Organisation of 3 actions of mobilization and sensitization on the field by the young trained with the local population leaving in costal area on 3 sites (the beach of Sidi Salem, the beach of the ledge and the beach the Grotto) to explain to them the causes of CC and its impacts on the costal area (erosion, sea level rise, restriction of beach widths, biodiversity loss, sand dunes ...). Sensitize them on the seriousness of the situation of their beaches while presenting the results of all the scientific studies carried out on these sites, and sensitizing them on how to fight against the impacts of CC for the protection and the preservation of these beaches. The planning of the beach of Bizerte allows to developp economic activities like tourism and handicraft on the beach and thus the creation of jobs especially for young men and women,in order to reduce unemployment problem in the region. -The organisation of a meeting for the drafting of the LCP implementation commitment charter between local actors, young people and the local population allows: -constitute a social construct that allows local authorities and citizens to build their shares through the Plan Local climate and encourage decision makers to take into account in urban planning documents -To contribute to decentralize the theme of the Climate and to concretize the Human Right to a healthy environment and this by allowing to integrate the thematic in the public policies like a local stake

10 young people identified to train (5 men and 5 women) to lead the project

Ten young people was identified to follow a training (5 men and 5 women) in order to lead the project and at least 2 of the 10 are working in local authorities.

The project aims to raise awareness among local youth, association leaders, local and national decision makers (local authorities, representatives of municipalities, ministries of environment, health, tourism, APAL, ONAS), business leaders, MPs and local councilors, local inhabitants, the media ...) and brings a precursor idea to set up together an action plan of adaptation of the site with the CC
