Implementing of climate smart agro ecology practices for GHG reduction and ensuring resilience to climate induced shocks in Hanja Chafa Kebele
The project is intended to promote climate smart agroecology practices that can ensure farmers resilience to climatic shocks and improve crop and livestock productivity at household level to improve their livelihood and reduce GHG emission.
As Hanja Chafa kebele is one of Boricha woreda kebeles highly affected by climate change driven shocks such as drought, rainfall variability and extreme heat which in turn cause of soil erosion (wind and rain) fertility deterioration.
