The coordination of this project has been assigned to a doctoral woman, something that will facilitate its introduction in the midst of reserved women oasis. The project will benefit from the sensitization and training work on gender-sensitive planning that the association will provide in the continuity of the project "Climate Change Impact Study on the Economic Empowerment of Oasis Women". Also, the association and as part of this project will test the effect of introduction of new honey species () resilient to climate change and promoting the financial empowerment of oasis women such as Morigna; Indeed, beekeeping concerns both men and women, but we will focus especially on the training of women and young women in this activity to demystify the fear of the bee. For this, 10 to 15 women will be integrated into the project through the cultivation of moringa to produce honey 100% moringa in oasis teritory. The women will take care of the collection of the leaves but they will also follow formations of field in a view to sensitize them and make them the desire to invest in hives. In addition, this project will allow all those who do not have access to the land and who are interested in beekeeping to be able to produce honey without the constraint of the land.

Meetings are regularly organized by the NGO with the farmers around the project of the association. We have an agricultural engineer in charge of formulating responses to the needs of the agricultural sector in the region. It is also thanks to our meetings that we have identified this need formulated mainly by the beekeepers of the region but which can fully meet the needs of livestock farmers. We will organize once a month and for one year meetings with beekeepers, breeders and anyone interested in these trades, as well as experts in charge of the study to: - facilitate the follow-up of the study to the targeted public - enable experts to be in regular contact with the target audience - promote project ownership by the target audience and by the population (sensitization session around the project with local populations)
