After coordination meetings with the 4 GDAs, the CRDA, farmers of the oasis, ULAP and URAP and after having discussed and examinated the detailed contents of the micro-project "Rehabilitation and preservation of the biodiversity of the oasis of Ghannouche" they confirmed their interests for the improvement of oasis biodiversity and their support in the preparation and implementation of micro-project activities. In order to carry out this project properly, we also count on the collaboration, the coaching and the mentoring of the organizations to know, the GDA, the local CTV, the CRDA Gabés, the local union of the agriculture and the fishing. ; Local officials will be recruited to oversee the implementation of the activities programmed in this project. The number of direct beneficiaries of the project are 20 young farmers (10 men and 10 women), 50 handicaps and indirect is more than 100 farmers.

The project will contribute to the improvement of the income of 20 young farmers 10 men and 10 women between the ages of 20 and 50 who need to be sensitized and trained in the field of agroecology and encourage them to face the difficulties with agricultural supplies and equipment and the development of their plots. The living conditions of the handicaps of the association Elmassar of Ghannouche will be improved by the sale of henna and corn powder and distillation of the aromatic plants and the roses.

The work in the oasis Ghannouch is mostly familial and the majority of the oasis Bir Faycel, and older prefer the type of tenure and live forever mark their presence in their farms. To achieve the predefined objectives and to ensure that the activities carried out meet the expectations set and that they are carried out under the conditions of cost, quality and time initially planned, a judicious management of human, material and financial resources will be driving. It is planned the creation of a monitoring committee of the project OXYGEN Ghannouche association for the implementation of planned activities. The methodology to be adopted would focus on the coordination of the actors and the tasks in a concern of efficiency and satisfaction, it will be as follows: - Preparation of a plan of implementation of the different activities which will be the basis of the follow-up of the project. Regarding the participation of the target population (young farmers) in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the different activities of the project it would be ensured by numerous interviews, meetings and workshops. In order to ensure participatory monitoring and evaluation of the project, warm assessment documents will be disseminated for the participants and then synthesized and presented at the planned information meetings. A quarterly report prepared on the basis of a quarterly review will record the progress of the project towards the achievement of the expected results.
