The St. Kitts Farmers? Cooperative Society Ltd is the largest producer cooperative group in the federation. Unfortunately, the cooperative has had its share of challenges which has cause a rift in the membership for more than five years. The cooperative convened its annual general meeting on Monday, 13th November, 2017. A new board of directors was elected which has enabled the cooperative to move forward to achieve its obligations to the members. To further promote the cooperative into becoming a viable socio- economical entity, the board of directors wish to host a five nights building capacity workshop among its membership with the following topics and activities.

6. Good Agricultural Practices (Re: Climate Change Techniques)
7. Project Writing Techniques and Project Management
8. Marketing of Produce
9. Sales and Supply Chain Management

The St. Kitts Farmers? Cooperative Society hopes that this project will build capacity among its members to enable the cooperative to become the model that other cooperative groups may aspire to become.
