GOAL (GENERAL VISION / OBJECTIVE)
Facilitating the SP3 Pabuto transmigrant community in Tamilo Village Saritani Village to ensure the processing and use of sloping land is carried out sustainably, with maximum potential as a source of quality living needs.

objectives (project SPECIAL PURPOSE)

Objective 1
:
Awareness of community groups about the environment with the concept of processing and sustainable use of sloping land
Indicator
:
1. Group members and key actors meet and discuss the strategy for implementing a sloping land use processing and utilization program in SP3 Patubo, Tamilo Hamlet.
2. Increased knowledge and awareness of group members and key actors about a complete regional profile with potential and problems based on the diagnosis of STRIDE for issues of land clearing, corn plants, inorganic fertilizers and pesticides.
3. Increased knowledge of community groups and key actors through meetings and discussions that introduce models of terracing-based sustainable sloping processing and utilization, organic fertilizers and pesticides, agroforestry, and silvo pasture.
Activities
:
1. 1 meeting about socializing and coordinating the plan of program activities for the community and key actors who present 40 people.
2. One time institutional capacity building meeting of 40 members of the community group on the results of the STRIDE diagnosis on forest clearance, corn plants, fertilizers and chemical pesticides.
3. 1 time institutional capacity building meeting for 40 members of the community group on the most common sloping land based agriculture, organic fertilizers and pesticides, and silvo pastura.
Objective 2
:
Carry out the concept and practice of processing and sustainable use of sloping land
Indicator
:
1. The group work agenda is prepared and agreed upon.
2. Increased knowledge and skills of group members through the practice of building terracing terraces, organic / bokashi fertilizers and natural pesticides with local raw materials
3. Availability of seasonal and annual land and seedlings prepared to enrich plant varieties in each member's area
4. A variety of seasonal and annual plant varieties that provide economic benefits are planted and grown on group members' agricultural land.
Activities
:
1. 4 meetings of 2 community groups and women to agree on an action plan for sustainable sloping land management
2. 2 training groups on making terraces, bokashi fertilizers and natural pesticides.
3. 2 groups develop terracing on sloping land
4. 2 groups make annual seedling nurseries that have economic value and can maintain land stability.
5. 2 group members are represented by women doing nursery maintenance and nursery care
6. 1 training for 40 group members on the technicalities of making organic fertilizers, organic pesticides, and annual plant nurseries
Objective 3
:
Continuity of sloping land management in SP3 Patubo Tamilo Hamlet, Saritani Village
Indicator
:
1. Increased knowledge of community groups in developing treatment systems and use of sloping land combined with livestock businesses to increase land income and fertility
2. There is a demonstration plot that is a business model of land use with a silvo pastura system by group members
3. There is an agreement document for group members regarding the management of livestock assistance on a rolling basis and rolled out to members.
4. Document agreement between community groups and key actors about the rules of processing and sustainable use of sloping land in SP3 Pabuto Tamilo Hamlet.
5. There is a narrative report that is produced through survey activities and studies of markets or outlet of crops from the activities of sustainable sloping land utilization and processing.
6. Increased group knowledge and group skills in processing agricultural products from seasonal and annual crops to spread.
7. The existence of brochures in printed form and in the form of electronic media as a medium for promoting sustainable sloping agricultural crops.
8. Increased sense of caring and having a community group in Nantu's SM buffer zone for the environment and conservation area.
Activities
1. 1 time group meeting about silvo pasture
2. 2 packages of cattle sheds, planting natural livestock feed, and procuring 6 livestock / cattle
3. 2 meetings for 2 groups to formulate rules and agreements for managing the assistance of livestock assistance.
4. 4 times group meetings and key actors in 2 groups.
5. 1 time the FGD and 1 expert conduct a market survey and outlet for the production of sustainable sloping land use.
6. 1 group training of members about processing the produce into finished processed products
7. 2 equipment packages to support the group's efforts to process the harvest
8. 1 design and layout of promotional packages on sustainable sloping agricultural products
