Takataka Resources Managed Area ? Livelihood Support Program
To conserve the remaining natural forest, the coastal and marine species and their habitats within the designated area of Takataka Community. In particular the expectation is to ensure the present part of the native forest is not harvested or disturbed and terrestrial and marine lives are recorded and protected with their ecological habitats. Thirdly to raise awareness on the value of conserving natural biodiversity under the coupled-pressure exerted on these natural resources by human activity and adverse impacts of climate change and climate variability.
