The project aims on planting kerosene wood trees. Kerosene wood tree is very popular of being the best wood the carvers use to make carvings, which in turn popular to tourists and other neighboring countries who buy and import carvings from the Solomon Islands. And also to involve in the keeping of honey bees on the island, since kerosene woods flowers produce the best nectars for bees.
