Project Characteristics and Results
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
1.1 18 socially vulnerable households will be selected for pilot project;
1.2 18 energy efficient stoves will be produced and installed at the selected households.
2.1 Hazelnut shell supplies for one year (3 tonnes per household) will be procured;
2.2 Hazelnut shell supplies will be supplied to 18 selected households;
3.1 With the help of hired experts we will prepare standard instruction where some simple advice will be given to the population for using cheap and easy access materials (nut shell, carton boxes for eggs) for improved building energy efficiency.
3.2 Using our hired expert we will develop a standard budget, which reflects the calculation of the price for energy-efficient technologies on 1 m2. etc.
3.3 Some simple energy efficient solutions will be practiced for the selected 18 households.
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
At the initial stage of the project we will prepare information about the project, its activities, goals and results. We will hold opening session in all the three target municipalities ? we will introduce the project and its objectives to our target communities.
