The project is aimed at promoting value chains for CSA groundnut in Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Quang Tri provinces in order to improve the livelihoods of ethnic minorities in the provinces.
The Planning grant is provided to the grantee for them to elaborate the project, undertake baseline assessments, conduct consultations at relevant levels (community, local authorities) and develop/finalize project proposal to submit for GEF SGP?s approval.
