The assessment is done remotely by asking for input from each party user to the existing system and proposals from each party.
2.2. Compilation of data systems. The purpose of this activity is to reconstruct existing data systems, and make improvements according to the needs of the parties.
2.3 Test the data system. The purpose of this activity is to test the existing system as a whole according to the needs of the parties
2.4 Improving the data system and finalization. The purpose of this activity is to finalize the data system that has been built and declared as final for future use until the project is declared closed
2.5 Finalize data system usage guidelines.
B. Implementation

3. Data charging
Data filling is done by partners periodically (every month). In filling in the data, the data analyst and team leader will provide input on the quality of existing data in accordance with input from the secretariat.
