The project is aimed at developing the community-based Artemia production supporting climate change adaptation in coastal areas of Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province in order to improve the livehoods for local communities.

Planning grant is provided to the grantee for them to elaborate the project, undertake baseline assessments, conduct consultations at relevant levels (community, local authorities) and develop/finalize project proposal to submit for GEF SGP?s approval.
