The project seeks to promote vegetable production under controlled environments in order to facilitate all year round cultivation thus improving the quality and availability of fresh vegetables for economic growth.

The specific objectives to be pursued for the realization of the project goal will be as follows:

1. To build the capacity of Fangsoto Farmer Federation members on sustainable year round vegetable production and proovide them with the required equipment and materials to be able to do so.
2. To increase vegetable production of the federation by 25% anually through the adoption of this technique.
3. To increase the income earning status of the federation members by 25% at the end of the project.
