Legal Analysis to Assess the Impact of Laws, Policies and Institutional Frameworks on Indigenous Peoples and Community Conserved Territories and Areas (ICCAs)
The objective of this assignment as provided in the term of references is to assess at the national level the impact of laws, policies and institutional frameworks on ICCAs; and come up with appropriate recommendations and strategies for reforms to improve the recognition and support to ICCAs.
JREDS will work to achieve the objective of this assignment following major steps which will includes
1. Inception phase
2. Implementation phase
? Data acquisition and collection
? Data Analysis and Reporting
? Workshop and stakeholders consultation (facilitation, reporting and listing workshop participants comments and recommendations); and
3. Produce final report and approve it
