The project aims at the integrated management of the Gharba Valley; an environmentally important area decaled by the Jordanian Ministry of Environment. The project activities will aim at organizing the livestock grazing at the area and eliminate the area from undesired invasive species and solid waste. Besides, strengthening the local community relation with Gharba Valley through raising their awareness on the environment aspects of the valley, involve the local community in the decision making related with the management of the valley, and train several members from the local community on the valley?s management and touristic guides specialized on birds within Gharba Valley.
