Concrete project outputs include the following:

Output 1.1: One directive has been issued on ?Strengthening waste management and reducing plastic waste in Quang Ninh province?, together with the regulations on overall waste management in Ha Long city (in 3 months), aimed at equipping staff of social organizations and local authorities with integrated knowledge on management of waste in general, plastic waste and ocean plastic waste in particular.

Output 1.2. Awareness and integrated capacity has been enhanced in management of household waste, plastic waste, ocean plastic waste.

Output 2.1: The community-based model of integrated plastic waste management and "says no to plastic waste" has been built and piloted in Ha Long city.

Output 2.2: Model participants have improved their understanding, capacity and skills to implement and advocate about 3Rs and reduction of ocean plastic waste as well as other specific themes of the model.

Output 2.3: Loans and equipment has been provided to some models to maintain and promote the efficiency.

Output 2.4: A youth start-up model has been developed in production of replacement products against single-use plastic products.

Output 3.1: A database on Waste M&E, implementation of project-funded models has been developed and updated.

Output 3.2: A program to implement, replicate and promote project results and integrated waste management model ( successfully implemented in Hoi An city) has been developed in line with the situation in Ha Long city.
