OICAD is the only organization working in the tribal area assistance and cooperation between donors and partner NGO?s is urgently required. OICAD is submitting this concept paper to support OICAD and Collinwood Bay communities with Environmental (Biodiversity Conservation) education and Awareness as well as with eco-enterprise activities; economies of non-forest products, as alternative to large scale industrial logging. This program aims to enhance OICAD to the capacity to better coordinate a bigger awareness and implement its eco-enterprise activities in support of its members, so that they can help keep the rich bio-diversity of the area intact for the benefit of future generations.
