Management and rehabilitation of the natural resources of Kahianga Village
General Purpose (Mission and Vision and Values to be achieved at the end of the proposed program).
THE REALITY OF THE KAHIANGA VILLAGE AND BALANCED COMMUNITY THROUGH SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
a. Expected results at the end of the collaboration with GEF SGP.
1. The realization of food security for the Kahianga Village community based on local food.
2. Restoration of forests in the Kahianga Village area.
3. Increased knowledge and ability of the community in the management and protection of natural resources.
4. Increased knowledge of the Kahianga Village community in managing agricultural products.
5. Increased income of the people of Kahianga Village from the use of local natural resources in the village of Hkahianga.
6. The sustainability of natural resource conservation activities contained in the Kahianga Village planning document (RPJM Village).
7. The program beneficiaries directly or indirectly are the Kahianga Village community specifically and the people of Tomia Island.
b. Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion.
In terms of the activities proposed, the men and women involved are very active in decision making so that they give birth to absolute decisions and are agreed upon together.
c. How communities measure the success of activities
to measure whether the activities carried out are successful or not, the implementing team will carry out periodic monitoring every 2 (two) times a month to ascertain whether these activities have met the indicators that have existed or not. This monitoring activity will also involve the community and village government.
d. Opportunities for sustainability of activities
o Management and maintenance of results of activities
To regulate and organize the ecosystem so that humans can get the maximum benefit so that the activities will not be stalled and their activities continue onwards.
o Business Plan
As a process to finalize the Vision, Mission and objectives, strategies, policies, procedures, rules, programs and budgets needed to run a business.
o Distribution of responsibilities in institutions / groups
In order to be able to find out the duties of each management institution / group so that in carrying out its activities so that it can provide very satisfying results.
o The activities that have been carried out are included in the planning documents of Kahianga Village (RPJM Kahianga Village)
Increasing collaboration between institutions / groups with the village government so that the activities can be carried out jointly for the welfare of the community of Kahianga Village.

There is no support from the community because they do not understand the objectives of the program.
- Actions proposed to reduce the risks faced in achieving the objectives or during the implementation of activities
Some of the actions proposed to reduce risk are:
1. provide understanding to the public about the purpose and objectives of the activity program through socialization activities and small discussions with the community.
