THE REALITY OF THE LIYA VILLAGE COMMUNITY WHO IS INDEPENDENT FOOD THROUGH SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES
a. Expected results at the end of the collaboration with GEF SGP
1. The realization of food security for the people of Liya Mawi village based on local food
2. The restoration of liya customary forests and unused community gardens in the Liya Mawi village area Increased knowledge and ability of the community in the management and protection of natural resources on land and at sea
3. Increased knowledge of the Liya Mawi village community in the management of agricultural and fishery products
4. Increased income of the people of Liya Mawi village from the use of local natural resources in the village of Liya Mawi
5. The sustainability of natural resource and marine conservation activities contained in the Liya Mawi village planning document (RPJMDesa).
6. The program beneficiaries directly or indirectly are the people of Liya Mawi and the Liya community


b. Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion
What is the role of men and women in the proposed activity (by focusing on women's needs). How these activities can be enjoyed by all groups in the community including marginalized groups.

c. How communities measure the success of activities
to measure whether the activities carried out are successful or not, the implementing team will carry out periodic monitoring every 2 (two) times a month to ascertain whether these activities have met the indicators that have existed or not. This monitoring activity will also involve the community and village government.


d. Opportunities for sustainability of activities

To regulate and organize the ecosystem so that humans can get the maximum benefit so that the activities will not be stalled and their activities continue onwards
o Business Plan
As a process to finalize the Vision, Mission and objectives, strategies, policies, procedures, rules, programs and budgets needed to run a business
o Distribution of responsibilities in institutions / groups
In order to be able to find out the duties of each management institution / group so that in carrying out its activities so that it can provide very satisfying results
o The activities that have been carried out are included in the Liya Mawi village planning document (RPJM Liya Mawi Village)
Increasing collaboration between institutions / groups with village governments so that the activities can be carried out together for the welfare of the people of Liya Mawi village

There is no support from the community because they do not understand the objectives of the program.
- Actions proposed to reduce the risks faced in achieving the objectives or during the implementation of activities
Some actions proposed to reduce risk are
1. provide understanding to the public about the purpose and objectives of the activity program through socialization activities and small discussions with the community
2. working with the village government and Forkani to provide understanding to the community about the objectives of the activity program
