Voluntary Organization for Vulnerable Community Development (VOVCOD). Three decades of prolonged war destroyed not only social and economic infrastructures and assets of people but also sustainable and traditional livelihood prospects in the war affected zones. Soon after the prolonged stay in welfare and internally displaced?s camps, people have been resettled in their places of origin since 2010. On their return to their places people tend to overuse the natural resources from their environment for maximum benefits. The coastal areas too undergo several dangers as the fishing societies over use and exploit the resources as an example usage of unauthorized fishing devices, unhygienic activities in seashore. Man and wild animal conflicts has been arisen due to land encroachments towards forest. Amidst to this VOVCOD proposed to build a live fence and a palmyra seedling focusing landscape and seascape in the Poongray division
