Quarterly reviews will be developed on the different methods and strategies used to implement the project despite this difficult period that we are experiencing today and shared the different results to the different actors. Success stories will be shared with the general public. Exchange visits will also be organized to educate more people about the benefits of technology. A video on biodigestion techniques and benefits will be developed to share the lessons learned from the project to a wider audience.

The project does not plan to have a political impact. However, the project intends to demonstrate the potential of biogigestion technology as a source of clean energy in rural areas. This could give another perspective on the country's energy policy.

The project has a special sensitivity with regard to gender equity. Equal participation of men, women and young people is encouraged in all stages of the project. Extension workers are mostly young people including young girls. The projects contribute to the reduction of time spent by women collecting biomass, as well as time spent cooking, improving cooking conditions, saving time in developing income-generating activities.

The project to promote biogas as a source of clean energy in rural areas is plemented by IDEAL-Haiti, an organization mainly made up of young people. In this way, young people are involved in all spheres of project implementation, from design to professional evaluation to implementation. The project implementation team makes additional efforts to ensure that a significant number of beneficiaries are young people.

With the cooperation of all partner organizations, IDEAL-Haiti has the technical capacity necessary for the successful implementation of the project. However, the organization could benefit from technical assistance for the administrative strengthening of the beneficiary organization and its partners. From an administrative point of view, the project executing organization will have to revise its administrative procedure manual to ensure that the project is managed according to good project management practices. Management tools including procurement procedures will be developed and adopted before the implementation of field activities. Training sessions on financial and administrative management precedents will be conducted to strengthen the capacity of the project management team. On the technical side, training sessions will be held for the executing organization to ensure that all those involved will have basic knowledge of the technology to be disclosed.
