This project is in line with the national priorities for Antigua and Barbuda and widely discussed with leading authorities in and outside of the country. The project is a public education and awareness program targeted at key groups using Mercury in the island and which includes dentists, traders, customs officials , hardware stores and wholesalers. Both islands-Antigua and Barbuda will be covered in this project and alternatives will also be considered. The Mercury Focal Point has been very involved in the design of the activities.
