The overall project?s objective is to change mind-set of people nationwide and to instill understanding and recognition that the Snow Leopard is National Dignity; through publication of the 12 articles in ?Minbari Khalq? (People Newspaper) newspaper (65,000 copies annually) the project intends to cover 200 thousand people nationwide.
