Replication of project activities
Project activities will be developed in several key areas, which will allow to achieve the goals and objectives set in the planned time frame. The first month of the project will be dedicated to communication with key stakeholders both at the district level and at the level of the Khatlon region. A round table will be held - a presentation of the goals, objectives of the project, planned results, and other key indicators. For the first time in the Khatlon region, the team of our NGO will use such innovative methods as world café and speed dating in the process of the round table. The World Cafe and speed dating are the methods of facilitating group discussions, where the focus is on communication between participants and the addition of new thoughts and ideas. These are surprisingly simple, and at the same time very powerful methods for creating productive dialogue and discussion, and tools for creating the context for joint activities. After the interested parties know about the project, we will train the team of the mobile youth theater using the resources of the project and the involved funds of the hukumat and jamoats, after which a scenario for the performances and a schedule of staging will be developed. For TOT we will hire experienced, qualified trainers, the selection will be transparent, through the Facebook ad. The volunteers themselves will also be selected according to the recommendations of the jamo-ats, and will be tested both before and after TOT. Before and after the performances will be tested to assess the level of knowledge of the participants before and after. From the beginning of the project to its completion, there will be an intensive integrated PR campaign, in the form of a poster, a social audio clip, and information and propaganda boards. To consolidate the results of the project, we are planning to strengthen livestock pens at the expense of NGOs and local communities.
