Agrotherapy as an effective social inclusion and rehabilitation tool for persons with disabilities
The main objective of the project is to promote and implement agrotherapy as an effective social inclusion and rehabilitation tool for persons with disabilities. The tasks of the project are the following: establish agrotherapy laboratory on the territory of municipal institution of higher education Khortytsya National Knowledge and Rehabilitation Academy in Zaporizhya; purchase equipment and renovate greenhouse; include people with disabilities in active social life by mastering the practices of garden therapy and obtaining the skills of modern agro-ecological agriculture.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
In order to disseminate information about the project, its purpose, goals and objectives, as well as to attract suppliers and contractors within the project, informational announcements were placed on the Internet; journalists from Channel Z, TV-5 and the official newspaper of Zaporizhya Regional Council "Zaporizka Pravda" took part in raising public awareness. The information campaign reached more than 1,600 people.
Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
The implementation of the project contributes to the solution of the following socio-economic problems: increasing the opportunities of project participants, socio-economic realization of people with disabilities in the labor market, development of agricultural initiatives of project participants that can potentially grow into modern agroenvironmental business. In general, this contributes to the increase in the share of the "green economy" in the world economy.
