The project started later because of a financial delay. But this did not create difficulties, as many of the tasks and even the promotion of the project started on time. With the approval of the project proposal, the process of developing the E-Learning platform began. The first version of the platform was created and placed under the domain https://efocus.webconsulting.md/. Then, starting with November 12, 2020, the platform has been fully transferred to its agreed domen www.studii.movca.md under Annex 1 the list of proposed names (shown in the interim report).
Currently, the target group (farmers, students, other NGOs and partner organizations) can access the platform for free, where the ongoing educational program "Organic Farming System" is available with 17 modules completed and successfully uploaded to the platform.
In April, by the end of the project, the IT team developed a Platform User Guide (from an administrative point of view) with which they trained the project coordinator and assistant for further independent management.

The platform administration panel allows us to acces the following functions:
- Data of registered users (name / surname, email, date, category)
- Course statistics (hours viewed, lessons, platform visitors, etc.)
- Course structure (viewing available lessons, modifying them, hiding or publishing, etc.)
- Platform view (changing panels, menu, text, etc.).

During the project implementation, together with the team of experts, identified several themes and sub-themes to be developed and added to the development of the platform. Thus, the number of experts involved in the project increased from 6 to 12 specialists: 3 women-experts who developed the theoretical content of 11 video lessons available on the platform. Since May, we began shooting the videos for the platform. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, installed since March 2020, a mini studio was created in the MOVCA office for the indoor filming. The project implementation team, coordinated the days and hours for filming, so the room is free only for the presence of two people. If necessary and possible, filming was organized in the field (depending of the subject).
Depending on the availability of experts and video team, the days for filming were set accordignly. Filming and editing of the videos took place in parallel, as editing and evaluating takes longer. During the project, 22 films were made, of which 5 were involving women; more than 160 cumulative days were invested for editing the 40 video lessons, each lasting between 4 and 15 minutes from the content of 22 videos initially over 30-40 minutes.
In the video editing process, images and / or video sequences were used only with copyright or authorized free content. The ownership of the videos, developed in this project, were handed over by a copyright assignment contract.
Each video lesson uploaded to the platform begins with the default wallpaper, which contains:
? Donor logo;
? White background;
? The subject of the video lesson;
? The name of the expert.

When designing the course, especially for each video lesson, the project coordinator followed the required activities as planned, as follows:
1. Identification of the expert
2. Content development
3. Finalizing the content
4. Filming
5. Mounting
6. Content adaptation
7. Framing in the platform

For testing the platform, the project assistant together with the coordinator, regularly monitored and evaluated the functionality of the platform from a technical point of view. The link to the platform was available for the target group, consisting of partners and members of the Association to test it at any stage of the project.
Due to the installed pandemic, between March 2020 and April 2021, the organization of events with physical presence was restricted. At the same time, between October 14-17, 2020, it was possible to hold the national exhibition "MoldAgrotech - autumn edition 2020". Here we participated in order to launch the platform to the general public, as much of the video content has already been uploaded.
The platform was promoted on all relevant media sources and presented at several events. Each major activity was described on the association's website, then distributed on the association's Facebook page and then distributed to the groups associated with the agricultural / university field. The links were also sent to journalists, who later took them over and placed them on their news website. Thus, the visibility of the project, the donor and the activities within it were successfully ensured. To promote and ensure the visibility of the project, the project coordinator created an animated image with the donor's logo and the name of the platform to be placed in the signature of any email sent by the association. Thus, people click on the image and are redirected to www.studii.movca.md.
The "Organic Farming System" course is a well-designed and developed one. This fact is demonstrated by the 1930 registered users (from minimum 1000) and more than 1048 hours of training completed on the platform www.studii.movca.md.
To ensure the continuity of this project, the project coordinator identified a number of actions to be undertaken as well as collaborations in this regard:
1. Regular maintenance of the platform - the IT team that developed and developed the platform, voluntarily expressed the desire to be responsible for the maintenance of the platform but also to develop it by creating and placing new courses on the platform;
2. Collaboration with CNFA Moldova based on a Memorandum, in order to:
- Adding at least 2 video lessons according that are currently not covered but indispensable for the future of the platform;
- The possibility of improving the current content and design of the platform in order to develop it;
- Evaluation of recommendations and suggestions on the necessary changes, such as new courses (as appropriate);
- Development of the mobile application (for android and iOS) complementary to the web version of the platform.
3. Continuous application for projects that come to develop the platform, eg: creation of the second course on the same platform ex. Export of organic production and / or Growing of organic vegetables and / or Organic certification: step by step, etc.
4. Use of the platform for training farmers, students and teachers in the field of organic farming.
5. Use of the platform by our partners (AED, Ecovisio, UKZUZ, etc.) at training events (when the topics correspond to the lessons available on the platform).

The lesson learned would be that more communication is needed with experts to ensure that the task is understood, and the pandemic period also had a negative influence on the productivity of experts and their availability for filming. Likewise, it was very necessary and useful the opinion of the partners and users regarding their experience on the platform. Some called us, others wrote an email, others filled in the feedback form - namely thanks to them we eliminated the technical defects of the platform to create a pleasant navigation for users.

- The password reset button has been added;
- The question of a a percentage more than 100% or even less was solved, although the course was passed entirely. The cause was the presence of video tests hidden from the public but which were part of 100%.
