This project attempts to resolve or diminish the loss and deterioration of biodiversity, considered as a touristic heritage by the local peoples who also experience difficulties satisfying their basic needs (food, security, access to water) which causes social exclusion and limits sustainability and cultural legacy for future generations. The project seeks to strengthen environment conservation, promote sustainable use of natural resources, stimulate food safety, integrate and revalue traditional knowledge and practices, create a community learning center to provide the social capital necessary for biodiversity conservation.
