Jóvenes, gobernanza , preservación en la biodiversidad del territorio kolla Tinkunaku
This project focuses on developing the forest and tropical rain forest known as Yungas in the Argentinean North , where the Kolla Tinkunaku community lives. These regions have been affected by the environmental problems (soil degradation caused by extensive livestock and farming), loss of endangered species (flora and fauna), increase of extreme temperatures due to forest clearing as well as cultural and social problems (loss of cultural tradition and knowledge, weak governance in the community). The members of this community seek to restore damaged forest and strengthen their governance.
