Design and update SGP website, develop newsletters, short clips on clusters and knowledge model
Today, the pattern of many environmentalist groups in the world is examining activities undertaken in various environmental areas and the lessons learned from various projects before starting their activities in those areas. The model of this project is based on the experiences that have been gained in recent years in dealing with different groups which have been active in villages and various projects, including collaborating with the SGP Iran.
The aim of this proposal is providing access to knowledge and information of more than 300 SGP projects, through knowledge management, designing and updating a website. In addition to designing and updating the website, this project will visit the completed SGP projects in order to assess the status and effectiveness of their activities after the end of the project. Also, as there are some books and booklets which require revision and are ready to be published, those books will be reviewed, and the final version will be updated.
In this project, team members will support and assist the SGP office to help the projects to prepare the mid-term and final reports, as well as workshops and documentations.
Since some of the SGP activities were pioneer in participation approaches and have been replicated to the larger projects, the needs of knowledge sharing to the other groups is essential and availability of these knowledge is necessary.
