Tabecheding River Revitalization or Reclamation

1) Research on site and some secondary research is needed to identify the avenues, assess the resources that will be required for implementation, prioritize based on resources required and social and cultural compatibility, identify and confirm partners, and development of a joint plan of action. The possibility of sedimentation traps, tree planting, plant barriers and water harvesting will also be explored and viability ascertained. 2) One to three meetings to be conducted to confirm and solidify the participation, commitment and other support from potential partners, and confirm areas the project will begin with and focus on. In addition, meetings will be conducted to outline and schedule resources and potential partners that are willing to share resources. Also, the specifics of technical assistance and other assistance will be explored during these meetings. Furthermore, meetings will be conducted with the community to outline the project and secure their greater participation. 3) Drafting and reviewing the project proposal with members of the Ngatpang Youth Association aka Ngara Ius and the Ngatpang State Government.
