Supporting sorghum production to increase water utilization efficiency by increasing sorghum consumption by marketing massively (where)

objectives (PROJECT SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES)
Objective 1
Carrying out post-production efforts in the form of cooperation with related parties to packaging operations
Indicator
1. There is a written agreement regarding a clear division of roles for all related parties (Dalen Mesa, Semau Muda, Kupang Batanam, Terasmitra)
2. The product is ready to be marketed: bcv, logo, and packaging
Activities
1. Deep bussinenss mentoring: Branding
2. MoU meeting with Kupang Batanam and Dalen Mesa; and Terasmitra
3. Preparation of the packaging and storage building
4. Collecting branding & marketing materials
5. Branding & Product Design (Packaging and brands)
6. Procurement of packaging materials and tools
7. Conduct initial testing of sorghum products: endurance test, quality test, market test.
8. Procurement of product raw materials
9. Make PIRT (Home Industry Product) certification
10. Strengthening HR capacity: deep business mentoring (marketing strategy)
Objective 2
Marketing products from agricultural products and processed sorghum in order to maintain the sustainability of farmer groups in planting sorghum
Indicator
1. Marketing expansion that includes the food and beverage service market and related communities: health, food, environment
2. Expansion of the marketing area to include Jakarta, Bandung, Jogjakarta, Semarang, Surabya and Bali.
Activities
1. Market analysis
2. Opening opportunities for cooperation with other parties such as food business actors (catering, bakeries, restaurants, retail); food, health, and environment communities
3. Marketing first (market test): Digital marketing & offline marketing
4. Making social media (digital marketing) a broader marketing medium.
5. Team meetings and monthly mentoring
6. Procurement of documentation media
7. Creating marketing content (product narrative, product photos, and short videos) as material for marketing.
8. Campaigning for sorghum through festivals or events in big cities.
9. Creating and / or attending a workshop or event as a marketing medium
10. Creating a cultural festival in collaboration with Buku Berbagi, and Sumber Lestari Semau Selatan, which will discuss the original commodities at will according to their respective fields, namely Sorghum, Weaving, and Seaweed.
11. Monitoring the sustainability of production and quality of sorghum.
