Planning grant has been provided to the grantees for them to elaborate the project concept, undertake baseline surveys, conduct consultations at relevant levels (community, local authorities and related potential stakeholders) in order to develop/finalize the project proposal into full fledge and submit for GEF SGP/NSC?s approval.
