Within the framework of the project, training programs for fish farmers and fish processors were developed, 2 classrooms were equipped and opened for training, expert trainers were hired and training courses were held, including theoretical and practical parts. Training in the fish processors course were held in 2020 for 200 persons. 52 persons were trained in the course of fish breeders.

The program of the course for fish farmers covers training in the following topics: Fundamentals of legislation on the protection, reproduction and use of wildlife; Breeding fish with the basics of selection; Breeding work in fish farming; Inventory and valuation of brood stocks of carp and other fish; General characteristics of production processes in the pond farming; Features of fish physiology; Obtaining offspring from carp and other fish; Artificial reproduction of fish; Carp larvae germination technology; Feeding fish; Practical work.
The fish processors course program covers training on the following topics: Occupational health and safety; Sorting the caught fish; Fishing equipment; Ecological bases of nature management; Technologies for the production of salted, pickled, spicy products and preserves from fish and seafood; Practical lessons.
To create the prospects for the export of products and to improve the qualifications of fish processors, the program includes topics on the introduction of modern methods of fish processing that meet the European standards. 10 hours have been allocated on this topic.
