CBOs, NGOs will be made aware and their capacities will be developed on climate change adaptation measures related to Food Security, Water Resources, Coastal and Marine, Health, Human Settlement and Infrastructure, Ecosystem and Biodiversity Tourism and Recreation, Export Agriculture Sectors. National Adaptation Plan (NAP) published by the Climate Change Secretariat of the Ministry of Mahaweli Development and Environment was referred in the development of this project proposal. The project activities were identified and aligned according to the NAP and will be implemented accordingly.
