The project is aimed to support the transfer of rice cultivation techniques to ensure sustainability and environmental management?s effectiveness for the community of Hung Yen Bac commune.

The project has implemented the following activities:
- Organizing training courses on communication and training courses for village advocators.
-Organizing training courses on practicing a safety management skill of pesticide packages.
-Organizing training courses on SRI?s irrigation management techniques, rice cultivation techniques, fertilizer application for rice, straw treatment.
-Advocacy on awareness improvement
-Carrying out site investigation, identifying location for applying the model and designing the sample area.
- Applying SRI in the sample area: including irrigation management techniques and rice cultivation technique, applying fertilizer for rice
- Developing ecological cultivation model ? Rice field with Flower bank
- Developing a pilot system for collecting pesticide packages in the fields
