Improved farming systems through introduction of resilient crops for heightened household production and environmental conservation.
Endorois Women Community Based Organization (EWCBO) is a CBO based at Mochongoi Ward, Loboi Location, Baringo South Sub-County in Baringo County. The group was founded in May 2012 by women within the Loboi as a self-help group for the promotion of community development, advocacy for the girl child especially issues of female genital mutilation and a merry-go-round. The CBO was an amalgamation of other small self-help groups such as Ukulima, Segerian, Mabati, Koyum, and Sandai. The group has a current membership of 40 individuals ranging from 18-75 years.

The mission and vision of EWCBO is to improve the local livelihoods by engaging in agro-ecological farming systems that are environmentally sound and culturally acceptable. The main activities involved are organic crop production, improved pastures production, intercropping and soil and water conservation. Other activities includes the planting of trees, bee keeping and creation of awareness on female genital mutilation. The organization will now implement a surface irrigation system using sprinklers to produce vegetables, fruits and crops for subsistence and commercial purposes.
