Developed SGP Bhutan's Counrty Programme Strategic document (for OP7 (2020-2023) ), that is inclusive and that aligns with national priorities, UNDP Bhutan Country Programme Document, the stakeholders' priorities and SDG.

The CPS was developed based on:
- One to one bilateral meeting conducted with each stakeholders working in the environmental conservation (20 officials met from WWF, BTFEC, NEC, DoFPs, CSOs, UNDP, BFL, MoA and WMD),
- Feedback from 14 numbers of current grantees (9 CSOs, 5 CBOs) sought via telephone, review matrix and emails,
- At the landscape level six consultation meetings held including 5 Local Government meetings. Consultation meeting with more than 200 community members,
- 15 informal meetings held such as with community members, Forest and park rangers, Royal Manas National Park etc.,
- One national consultation workshop held with 40 participants (list in annexure 10 of CPS report). Participants included representatives from various types of CSOs, past grantees, donors (WWF Bhutan program, Helvetas Swiss Interoperation), government agencies (such as National Environment Commission, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Department of Forest and Park Services etc.)
- 9 number of NSC members consulted bilaterally,
- 3 meetings with NSC members,
- 10 plus bilateral meeting with SGP NC,
- Email feedback from few NSC and TC members and few grantees.
