What is the role of men and women in the proposed activity (focusing on women's needs). How this activity can be enjoyed by all groups in society including marginalized groups.

In each activity, each component of the community has an ongoing role in the community and strengthening gender mainstreaming in each activity, such as:
- Women: involved during training, especially in the preparation of plant seedlings, feed processing, foraging and feeding.
- Men: directly involved in training and many roles in hoeing, planting, maintaining, breeding, cleaning cages.

How does the community measure the success of activities
? Planning and organizing activities
Since the activity began, the community was involved in making decisions and determined the planned activities to be carried out according to the time available. Program socialization for leaders and potential beneficiaries will be carried out at the beginning of the program.
? Implementation of activities
The activities are carried out in a transparent manner and decided together with the community, so that all parties can plan and measure according to their capacity. If there is a change in the planned implementation of the activity, the change will be updated to the responsible party / supervisor / donor to achieve a better program goal.
? Monitoring and evaluation of activities
Every training conducted will be prepared survey sheets on the impact of the training by the beneficiaries before attending the training and after attending the training. Periodically the program facilitators and the person in charge of activities including the Wisnu Foundation will conduct monitoring / evaluation together, both for the assisted communities, institutions and community leaders in each village.

Since the beginning, key figures have been involved in the program, such as: village head, adat bendesa (adat leader), kelian subak (subak leader), kelian banjar (banjar leader) or PKK group to get an agreement on the implementation of activities and determine the appropriate criteria for beneficiaries.

? Management and maintenance of the results of activities
The proposer in this case is a new local institution in Nusa Penida that has a concern for the progress of the community, in its implementation it will be driven by actors who have decades of experience in community assistance in Nusa Penida. During the process of activities mobilizing local organizations will be accompanied to improve sensitivity and understanding of the assisted community. So that when the program is finished, the local organization still continues the groups that have been formed and manages the assets of the livestock (profit sharing) livestock and the training center that has been created.
