Plant-based diet that emphasizes fresh, whole ingredients and minimizing processed foods are superior for overall wellness. As a campus that promotes holistic education, physical well-being of the youth beneficiaries remain a priority of MySkills to ensure the youth achieve balance and healthy development in their teenage years. Since its inception, MySkills practices Vegetarian diet throughout the campus and is determined to become self-sustaining by growing vegetables and fruits on campus. The estimated cost to run the centre is about RM150,000 a month (students do not pay any fees). Currently, the centre is dependent on donations from corporate organisations and individuals but it hopes to be self-sufficient in five to six years? time.

Moving forward, MySkills aims to enhance sustainable farming awareness and vocational skills for the youth beneficiaries at MySkills, by equipping them with knowledge and skills in sustainable farming, namely the Multicrop Organic Farming, where food waste composting remains a key element in organic farming practice.
