GEF-SGP Knowledge Management and Capacity Development Project is to be implemented in close collaboration with SGP team, SGP Grantee Network. The primary objective of the project is to communicate SGP achievements and seek partnerships for replication and scaling up of results for greater impacts for national development through comprehensive Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, plan and actions. The project will showcase successful GEF-SGP results and information to share best practices, methodology, challenges with recommendations that would help generate debate and stir up interests to support business innovations and government policy review and development in line with national development agenda. Several outreach and lesson learned activities will be carried out in the during the period of this project. Some of the project activities include: development and hosting of a database of SGP projects achievements; organize Policy Review Dialogue sessions; organize summits with relevant stakeholders to showcase and discuss possible collaborations; engage relevant MDAs, private sector, donors, media and other stakeholders to discuss the replication and scaling up opportunities; produce and distribute several types and copies of IEC materials to showcase GEF-SGP success stories in Nigeria.
