The project seeks to understand and address the challenges that prohibit SGP Guyana to facilitate grants in a timely manner through engaging with past applicants, successful and unsuccessful, to better understand what barriers they may have encountered, and to solicit recommendations for improving the application process, as well as engaging current and past members of the SGP evaluation committee to generate ideas for improving the functioning of the committee, and its capacity to process applications; and the delivery of a training workshop which will bring together 20 organisations from SGP target areas (as per OP6 Country Programme Strategy).
