Raripaina Biodiversity Conservation
The project aims to carry out conservation on biological diversity due to the fact that the community concerned is currently pressured by logging and the people see it as a threat. The project also aims at working on the deduction of adverse climate change due to heavy rainfalls cause heavy flooding that destroys their gardens, which contributes largely to people?s food security.
Objective:
1. Land demarcation of 350 Ha
2. Stocktaking of tree species
3. Establishment of alternative livelihood and income generating activities
4. Capacity and dialogue
