The overall goal is to re-establish the marine ecosystem in the inner basin of the Bridgetown Careenage by aerating the water with solar powered fountains whose beauty will be leveraged to revitalize the city and promote green economy initiatives.

1. Demonstrate the use of solar energy and climate change mitigation through theuse of solar fountains which are illuminated at night and enhance the knowledge on the ecosystem of the Constitutional River and its urban environment.
2. Highlight the alternative use of the Careenage and the opportunity to see the water body holistically as an interaction between the water ecosystem and the people around it.
3. Increase the visitors to the city though the attractiveness of the fountain during the day and night. Through signage an entertainment activities using the solar fountains and constitution river as a backdrop.
