To utilize alternative energy ?solar drying and photovoltaic electricity? to produce organic value-added agricultural products for sale. 2. To enhance the livelihoods of 30 disadvantaged youth while increasing the awareness of the effects of climate change and the need for mitigation, adaptation, resilience and sustainability in the context of a Small Island Developing State. 3. To facilitate the sharing of this experience with 300 youth across Barbados.
