The major activities are Organizing series of capacity development training to the 195 youth members by grouping according to their interest and potential on conservation, gender equality and equitable benefit sharing, ecotourism, low cost house and energy efficient stoves construction from mud bricks and molds & other inputs required for the construction, Identifing of at least observable biodiversity resources and record trends and make analysis how the situation is changing as well as supplying molds and other inputs required for the construction which are not locally available
