HDAO has implemented this project is very well with a coordination with line department , both Nuristan and Kunar provinces are hilly provinces where staff approach was almost difficult, but HDAO has managed this very well and work with local communities, for the environment conservation ,
HDAO has the following beneficiaries in this implemented project,

? 800 persons have better knowledge on the plans and protected areas importance
? 40 village NRM plans developed and putting for consideration of NEPA and DAIL.
Describe long term benefits:
? Raising Awareness in local communities for protecting the environment
? Conservation environment through local community.
? Conservation of forests through Annual plans.
? Giving awareness for local 600 people about the reality and transmission of COVID-19 pandemic
? COVID-19 protection measures provided to project participants and beneficiaries (1000 masks distributed 1000 soaps distributed 1000 gloves distributed distributed)
? 40 village NRM plans developed and putting for consideration of NEPA and DAIL.
? Protected Areas Provincial Committees members enhanced learning on their role and protected areas, and associated policies.
